How to use Looply

Looply works from what you actually do. Record an action when it happens, then let the app learn its natural rhythm and remind you when it is likely to be needed again.

  1. Log an action

    Tap + to record a purchase, replacement, maintenance task, appointment, or another repeating action. If you already know its interval, choose it straight away.

  2. Let Looply learn the rhythm

    Log each new occurrence when it happens. With more history, Looply can make the predicted next date more accurate.

  3. Get a reminder

    Looply sends a local reminder when an action is likely to be needed again, so you can act before it slips your mind.

  4. Manage your events

    Review an event’s history, snooze a reminder when the timing is not right, or temporarily move an event out of focus without deleting it.

  5. Backup and transfer

    Export a backup when you want a copy of your data, then restore it on another device to continue with your existing events and history.
